Great habits are good for us.
The trouble is that they are sometimes difficult to form aren’t they?
All is good for the 1st few days when your energy and enthusiasm is focused on the result you want to achieve but if you have decided that your new habit is getting up 1/2 hour earlier in the morning to do some exercise, the allure of staying warm under the duvet on a cold winters morning may just be too appealing and before you know it, you miss one morning then two and suddenly your great intentions are gone.
If this happens to you and it has happened to me a few times, don’t give up.
Just start again.
It will always be worth it.
You can do it.
So go on, never give up creating great habits today.
